The Tiptoe Difference

What Sets Us Apart

We want to do things differently. That means streamlining all the things that come with therapy so that you and your care team can focus on what matters most: your child.

Our BCBAs

+
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a highly trained professional who designs and oversees individualized therapy plans. After completing a master’s-level graduate program, BCBAs must complete at least 1,500 fieldwork hours before beginning their practice.
They use evidence-based strategies to help children with autism achieve meaningful milestones, working closely with families and therapists to ensure progress and success.

Our RBTs

+
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a certified team member who works directly with children to implement therapy plans created by the BCBA.

RBTs provide hands-on support, using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and improve behaviors in everyday settings. Together, BCBAs and RBTs form a dedicated team committed to your child’s growth.
